Lisa Barse Bernstein is a transformative leader who has successfully built two exceptional Administration and Human Capital functions from the ground up and led the development of two highly successful companies from infancy to institutionalization. Today, Lisa is the Chief Administrative Officer for SageSure Insurance Managers, where she runs the Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Operations and Administrative functions. Before joining SageSure, Lisa had a robust consulting practice, and also played an active role in coaching CEOs on their leadership and people strategies. Until last year she was Senior Partner and Global Head of Human Capital and Administration at Apollo Global Management, where she was at the forefront of Apollo’s philanthropic and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She
also oversaw all charitable giving on behalf of Apollo and spearheaded the creation of the Apollo Foundation, which is focused on giving back to the communities in which the organization works through financial support and volunteerism. Lisa is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Change for Kids. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned an AB in Political Science, and the Fordham University School of Law, where she earned her JD.

He joined Edgility full-time in September 2018 after consulting with them and other search firms for over 4 years. Ron is an active member of the NYU alumni community for over 20 years, currently serving as an Officer Emeritus of the NYU Alumni Association. He is also an active member of the Education Leaders of Color and a 2009 Coro Leadership New York alumnus.
